This body oil is an energizing and nourishing body oil for normal to dry skin with almond oil, avocado and argan oil that nourishes and moisturizes the skin . Sesame and avocado oil is used for its stimulating, relaxing and warming effects. It also has antioxidant properties preventing the appearance of signs of aging on the skin. Camellia oil penetrates and nourishes the skin quickly and macadamia nut oil heals and protects the skin and preserves moisture.
Body oil is a grounding and detoxifying blend for all skin types. It is a multi-tasker besides soak, moisturizer and massage: use it as oil cleanser, make a hair pack to hydrate dry strands, moisturize dry hands and cracked cuticles.
Massage into skin as a daily moisturizer to soften and smooth the skin. Apply while skin is still hydrated after bathing or full body mist of facial toner to lock in moisture. Use this pure oil as a hair treatment, as body oil or for removing make-up.
Botanical actives include avocado oil, sweet almond oil, macadamia oil, sesame oil, camellia oil and argan oil. Avocado oil is rich in natural oil, minerals, protein and vitamins A, B, D, E, H, K, PP. It has special qualities penetration and maintenance of the skin by acting against dryness and aging. Sweet almond oil has emollient, softening and moisturizing properties. Sweet almonds are known to have a demulcent effect. Topical application acts favoring tonicity and elasticity of the skin. Macadamia oil is a light, no feeling-fat oil that is fast absorbed by the skin. It has softening and soothing properties, is rich in antioxidants which helps to prevent the signs of aging of the skin. Sesame oil has antioxidant properties that prevent sun effect exerted on the skin. Camellia seed oil moisturizes the skin and prevents the signs of aging. Argan oil is rich in Vitamin E and phytosterols, softens and soothes the skin . Phytosterols provide elasticity to the skin by preventing the appearance of wrinkles and stretch marks. It owns 80 % of essential fatty acids, has antioxidant properties, preventing premature aging, and also moisturizes, nourishes and regenerates the skin.
Likami uses recycled Miron violet glass or recycled plastic as packaging. There's no extra carton box, but a recycled peel-off label that contains all necessary information. All products are manufactured in the South of Spain.
Minimalist tips
On top of being an excellent body moisturiser, this oil can also be used on the face, hands, cuticles and hair. Especially to remove stubborn (eye) make-up as your first cleanse. After that follow it up with your regular face wash as a second cleanse like the Likami Cleansing Milk or Gressa Purifying Cleanser. You can also put a few drops in your palm, rub it on your hands and then apply it to your hair focussing on the ends to give it an extra boost of nourishment. Can also be used as a hair mask/pack when you use a bigger amount.
